For many people, everyday stress builds to a level that seems too hard to handle.  Workshops offer tips, techniques, and training to reduce stress in our lives.

On the morning of August 20, 2012, I received a phone call from my sister, Candy, that would change my life and the life of my family forever.  My brother died by suicide.  I felt heartbroken, shocked, grief-stricken, and in disbelief. 

As a survivor of suicide (what they call a family member or friend of someone who has died of suicide) I cannot even begin to answer the many questions that followed the impact of the loss of my brother.  What I can tell you is the answer to a few questions you might feel if you are in a dark place emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually.  


Yes, you will be Terribly Missed.  

Yes, you are Special to me. 

Yes, you are Loved. 

Yes, there is Hope. 

Because You Matter.
